Frequently asked questions
Q. How much does your furniture cost?
A. I have put together Your Bespoke Furniture Guide which you can access here. There you will find cost information for previous projects as well as information about how I work and the next steps you will need to take if you are interested in working with me.
Q. Do you make a site visit following our enquiry?
A. No. Unfortunately I receive too many enquiries. If I visited you all, I wouldn’t get any work done! It would also entail a lot of driving around which goes against my environmental policy. My process is outlined in some detail in Your Bespoke Furniture Guide which you can access here.
Q. Do you offer a free design service?
A. No, unlike high street suppliers whose offerings are from standard ranges of furniture, everything I make is bespoke and tailored to your needs. I work in a three phased approach based on Design, Manufacture and Installation, with each phase being invoiced for separately. You can find out more about my design fees in Your Bespoke Furniture Guide which you can access here.
Q. How soon can you make our furniture?
A. It all depends on my existing schedule and the scope/ size of your project, not to mention the time we will need to dedicate to the design stage. You can see examples of my process and time frames in Your Bespoke Furniture Guide which you can access here.
Q. Is your furniture environmentally friendly?
A. Timber is one of the more sustainable natural materials as it is relatively quick to re grow. As with any business however, my work will have an impact on the environment. I am passionate about operating an ethical, responsible and sustainable business though and you can see some of the things I am doing about it here.
